We will provide you with a pre-paid overnight FedEx label to send us your watch, fully insured. If at any point during the watch selling process you decide to change your mind, we will ship your watch back to you – fully insured while in transit, in the same condition it was sent to us, and with all return shipping costs covered by us.

If you are not happy with our final purchase offer to buy your watch, we will pay to return your watch to you using FedEx Express Saver. In the event that we offer the full preliminary value for your item as a final purchase offer and it is declined, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost – including all shipping fees and insurance. 

Please note that Tiger River Watches does not accept counterfeit items. Therefore, if the watch we are sent is counterfeit or includes counterfeit parts and accessories, it is the customer’s sole responsibility to cover shipping and insurance to receive their items back.
